Firehouse Apparatus strives for customer satisfaction. With this in mind we have established a very up-to-date service organization over the past several years. In 2007 we moved into our new facility with an onsite pump test center. This new location has also allowed us to add several mobile service vehicles with factory trained service technicians to respond throughout the sales market area to handle service and warranty repairs not only on the trucks we sell but entire fleets. We presently service departments throughout New York State and Pennsylvania.
All our Annual service packages include a detailed multi-page report of the items serviced and checked and we follow the NFPA 1911 recommendations for “Fire Apparatus Preventative Maintenance Program.”A sample of these reports can be sent upon request.
Single Source Warranty Coordination
With all New Trucks we include our guarantee.
In order to protect the Purchaser from divided warranty responsibility between chassis and body manufacturers, Firehouse Apparatus, Inc. has developed products and will coordinate the warranty for the specified vehicle from bumper to bumper. While all fire apparatus have individual component warranties, the Firehouse Apparatus, Inc. will act as the sole source warranty coordinator on the entire vehicle. This shall include the cab shell, chassis assembly, and complete body structure.
